Primary Writing Modular @Kaleidoscope

- Enrichment Programme for Lower and Upper Primary students

Our Primary Writing Modular Programme is specially designed to bring out the creativity in our budding writers. A supplementary programme aligned with our Core Language Arts Programme, we delve into the beauty of the forgotten Children's Classics and Literature to evoke in our students a sense of curiosity. By opening the doors of their imagination, we journey with them by travelling through the past and into the future, discovering once again the simple joys of writing.

The programme is a further extension of our Core Language Arts Programmes to introduce our highly self-motivated students to elements of writing such as plot development, writing for impact, literary devices and more.

Passive Consumer or Active Creator

With more temptations to consume digital information, our children have become passive consumers of information, entertainment and news. This is at the expense of their creativity, innovation and curiosity. With skilled guidance, Learning@Kaleidosope has found the key to steer our students back to the simple joys of writing while tapping on technology and innovation. Much has changed since the days of Roald Dahl and Marks Twain but the values and messages conveyed in these classis are timeless, and so are the struggles and challenges humanity has faced.  Our Literature-based writing course will trigger and arouse the senses that technology has numbed.  Our students will be active thinkers and content creators, not mere passive consumers of meaningless digital clutter.
